Drishti Zafu Product Description : Our zafu, or traditional meditation cushion, is buckwheat-filled with a cotton cover. The buckwheat is useful because it forms to fit the shape of your sitting bones. Rather than sitting right in the middle of your zafu, we recommend scooting a little toward the front edge, as this will help angle your pelvis and your knees will have an easier time finding the ground. A convenient handle on the side of the zafu allows for easy portability. These zafus are perfect for seated meditation, but they also work wonderfully as seats for low tables and floor-sitting in general. Choose from one of two shapes D round or crescent. Available in red, navy, green, chocolate brown, or black. 15"x15"x6". I love this zafu and use it in many ways. Its number one use is obviously for my daily meditation practice. It is just the right height, and I can scoot the buckwheat hulls inside the cushion around underneath my sitting bones in order to find the perfect supportive position. I sit on this cushion for an hour every morning and it feels comfortable to me for the entire session. I also keep the cushion in my living room and sit on it when I read at my low coffee table and when I watch TV. Much better than couch-sitting, and much better than sitting on a normal pillow on the ground. This zafu is dense and supportive. I was skeptical when I purchased this, but I'm glad I did. It has great support, I use it almost daily. It fits perfectly under the coffee table and has perfect weight. Great value for the price.Highly recommended.
